Abstract

Languages  have  a  phonetical  system  which  depend  on  the abilities  of  speech  and  listening.In  this  light  phonologists are  accepting  the  importance  of  recognition  of  voice,  for  a written  piece  of  language  alone  is  not  enough  for  entire interpretation. The  frequent  use  of  the  language  makes  it important  .Its  a  proper  phonetical  scheme  and  not  a  series of irregular  sounds  .Every  language  works  with  a  system.  If any aspect  is  found  repugnant to it then  we  should  analyze it  in  the  light  of  that  structure  and  not  distort  it. A  language has  to  pass  through  different  phases  before  taking  a  final shape  (and  even  then  keeps  on  changing).So  for  this purpose  it  is  essential  to  study  the  tone  and  the  ups  and down of the language in linguistical light.
