Abstract

In linguistics, code switching and code mixing are two unique terms. Code switching is associated with the use of two language, one after the other. While code mixing is the use of words of a second language in the sentences of mother language f first language or other verities of the same language. Both  shown the command of a person over more than one language or other variteis. Pakistan is a multi-lingual ountry. English being the official language has deeply affected other languages of  Pakista including Urdu, the national language.
