Abstract

Modernis  is  the  product of  science.  In    20th  century Modernism affects  the     all walks  of  life  espacialy the literature. All values belonging to agrarian society were changed  and  new  ethical  values  emerged.  Writers  depicted this  situation in  their  writings. In  urdu  literature modernism influences the  Meera  jee, Qayyum Nazar, N  M  Rashid  and many  other  poets.in this  article   ethical  base  of  modernism is  discussed in  urdu  poems  along  with  this individual Freedom,  internal experiences and  the  ethical  behavior of modren  age are highlighted   in  modern  poets  belonging to Halqa arbab e zoq.
